Rishabh Pant, the Indian Test team’s newly-appointed vice-captain, has departed to England for the upcoming five-match series. When he was asked about Rohit Sharma outside airport, he gave a hilarious answer that triggered a funny reaction from everyone around him.
All the members of team India were boarding the plane to go to England for the much-important Test series. During this time, one of the fan asked Rishabh about the whereabout of Rohit Sharma, as he had retired from the format. However, Pant gave a hilarious response to this question, and used one of a very famous dialogue of Rohit himself as the answer.
For context of this conversation, Rohit Sharma had once called the ground as garden and told his team members “No one will roam on the garden“.
The fan asked, “Rohit Sharma sir kidhar hein (Where is Rohit Sharma sir)?“
“Garden mei ghum rahe hein (Walking in garden),” was what Rishabh Pant replied.
The fan further asked, “Sir aapko yaad aayegi ki nahi garden ki (Sir will you miss the garden or not)?” This implied the fan asking Pant about missing Rohit Sharma.
Rishabh was quick in his thinking and replied with the same energy, “Garden ki to bhai yaad aayegi full (Yes brother i will surely miss garden),” he said. This implied him saying he will surely miss Rohit on the field.
This guy has so much fun with the media. He always wears a positive attitude. He always smiles. 😍❤️ Like this the pant should always be happy and garden me ghoomta rahe 😭😂.#RishabhPant #CricketTwitter pic.twitter.com/VQYFwOPjcF
